New "Barre Fitness" Class at d W Dance

d W Dance is excited to announce a new group class, "Barre Fitness"! This is a low-impact, full-body workout that combines Pilates, ballet, and yoga. "Barre Fitness" is perfect for all fitness levels, and it's a great way to tone your muscles, improve your flexibility, and burn calories.

Classes will be held at "d W Dance", located at 2221 North Hercules Avenue, Clearwater, Florida, 33763. Doors will open at 10:00 a.m., and classes will begin at 10:15 a.m. Drop-in classes are $15, and a "Ten Class Card" is $120.
