New Yoga Class at 7 PM

If you are new to yoga and feel stiff or tight, this Introduction to Yoga Class is perfect for you. In just a few weeks, you will notice significant changes in your body, breathing, posture, and outlook on the world. Each class will teach you healthy ways to move your body, new breathing techniques, and relaxation methods for both body and mind. You will also learn about the philosophy behind yoga. Yoga is known for its many benefits, including improved strength, flexibility, focus, concentration, overall health, and reduced body aches and pains. Don't worry if you're new to the practice or not very flexible, this class is designed for beginners. The first class is only $6, but this offer is valid only for March and April.
