This Introduction to Yoga Class are series that will teach you about the practice of yoga from the very beginning. People starting in this class typically have no prior yoga experience, and may be very stiff and tight! In just a couple weeks, you will start to notice significant changes in your body, in the way you breathe, in your posture, and in the way you look at the world. Each class, you’ll move your body in lots of healthy ways, learn new ways to breathe, ways to relax your body and mind, and start to learn a little bit of yoga philosophy– the Why as well as the How of yoga.
